North by Northwest aka ALWAYS take the train

Tonight Lena and I watched N by NW.   Now if you haven't seen it I will try not to give away any plot spoilers, but you've been warned!

Here is the scene, Roger (dreamboat Cary Grant) is accused of murder.  He is a runaway fugitive who needs to get out of New York to Chicago before he gets caught.  The police are searching throughout the train station and see him run onto a train.  Roger runs down the train to find a place to hide, when lo and behold he meets - the gorgeous - Eve (Eva Marie Saint).  She of course offers to assist him.

Let's pause - here, as we did while watching the movie.  Lena asks: "Now, Jenn what would you do in this case?" Would I offer to help the handsome man furtively running away from the police? Or would I immediately report to the police where he is?  That is the question of the night.  It would be so tempting, I mean after all - it's Cary Grant... In reality I probably would yell at the police. Darn.

Also another question.  How much hair mouse does Cary Grant use to keep that quaff in place?  I mean really - when you have an airplane trying to run you over at you at 100 mph and your hair doesn't get mussed up at?! That is quite impressive.

So the moral of this blogpost - all fight scenes should be done in suits and always take the train, cause you never know who you could meet.
